While hiring in our careers, we found it difficult to find quality employees. We spent considerable amounts of time and energy screening candidates and needed a way to optimize hiring efficiency. Pre-employment testing was the solution to our problem.

The issue we noticed is that many pre-employment tests are so general in nature that it can be hard to match a prospective employee with a career for specialized roles. We needed something more job skills specific, but we could not find any software that allowed us to create custom skills tests. That’s how EmployBlue was founded!
